Springer GmbH had previously undergone a certification process before an independent panel of auditors as part of a full-day audit and fully convinced them.
In preparation for the audit, a 40-page list of questions was answered on the topics of training marketing/recruiting, the start of training, organization and implementation of training, examination and completion of training/personnel development. It is particularly noteworthy that we as Springer GmbH are the first company in the district of Diepholz (as of 03/2024) to receive this IHK seal.
